The Wooly Pig

I bought a couple of chickens from The Wooly Pig on a whim last summer, and it completely changed my perspective on how a chicken is supposed to taste! I had no idea that what I was getting at the store was so BLAND until I tried a pastured raised bird from here. I'm not a huge organic person, but after trying a chicken that was raised outside this way, it is impossible for me to go back. So much better flavor and texture! Love The Wooly Pig!
