The Wooly Pig

I purchased 6 chickens from the Wooly Pig last fall. Three were gifted to friends. We all decided to taste test the chickens using a favorite recipe. The chickens were roasted, braised, grilled and boiled. The Wooly Pig chickens proved to all how a chicken should taste. They were flavorful, moist and extremely satisfying to eat. We also appreciated how well the chickens were dressed and packaged. Keep those chickens coming!
