Robinette Farms

I can't speak much for the produce, but I can say the customer service was poor. I found out about Robinette Farms through local harvest and gave them a call. After getting in touch with them on a Saturday, they mentioned that they only had a few shares left so if I wanted one I should call them back soon. I hung up, researched some other CSA's and then decided I'd try Robinette. I gave them a call the same day and no one picked up. Called again multiple times Sunday and Monday and left a message and still no response. I thought maybe they were ignoring my number, so I had my wife called them Tuesday, sure enough they answered and said they were sold out. We were pretty disappointed about that. I can understand if they at least answered my call or returned it and/or left a message saying they sold out. But I think that's pretty lame if you just don't return a call at all. I despise bad customer service. Hopefully others have had better luck that I. I will try my luck elsewhere.
