After reviewing the videos Brandon offers on his website, I finally attended one of his classes in Yakima. I already had experience in slaughtering and butchering, however it was with the wasteful method of skinning and using a band saw. I highly recommend learning the techniques that Brandon teaches to anyone who is going to butcher their own hogs, you'll be blessed with more meat and have a greater appreciation for the animal you are eating. If slaughtering and butchering isn't for you, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend having Brandon perform the service for you.
