EarthCare Seeds

Howdy: I would like to give the highest level of service complement to EarthCare Seeds, of Mountain Home Idaho.

I placed a order for some seeds, and there was a small mistake on one of the packets. I called via telephone, talking with Mandy the owner. She apologized very sincerely, said she would get right on it and fix the problem immediately.

She then got all of my contact information and did, within two days. She contacted me again, explained that there had been a labeling confusion, which she would fix ASAP. She reordered the correct packet and is sending them to me, at no charge.
