Rocky Plains Quality Meats

The staff is very friendly (Lynette in particular), but the owner, Steve Koch, was pretty rude to this particular customer recently. I was singled out for "being in the way" of a particular vendor when in reality, I did my best to stay out of the way and be respectful when it was two other customers who were more in the way of said vendor. However, these two particular customers didn't get asked to "stay out of the way in the future" like I did. I'm not sure if I was the lucky recipient because I was last in line or what. Additionally, Steve didn't even have the guts to confront me and tell that to my face; he had one of his employees do it.

RPQM has lost a customer. Period. Seems like a pretty dumb move when mom and pa shops are having a hard time staying afloat versus their retail competition. I'll buy my meat products now from Natural Grocers where they actually place a high emphasis on customer service.
