Farm Box LA

I was under the impression that CSAs were supposed to be a way for you to connect with the local farmers, help them with their over abundance of produce, and get a good deal on produce. This company is not a true CSA. I can get more local produce and with a better price at Whole Foods/Whole Pay Check.

They messed up on my order, only delivering some of the items, and some of the wrong items (clearly marked on my preference list of do not want.)

When they got back to me 3 days later about my issues with the order they said they could give me a 50% discount on my order instead of a full refund which I requested.

I have a new baby at home and had to make a trip to the market to supplement what was not received. I can't believe they charge so much and are so cheap themselves!!!

Waste of money, poor customer service, won't be using them again.
