Dillner Family Farm

This is my fourth year with the Dillner Family Farm CSA, and I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with my experience. The produce is always top-notch and sufficiently varied. The swap box always allows me to trade in the few things I don't enjoy for things I will use -- a fabulous idea! Jane's Specials allow you to order extras of any number of things.

The Dillner family is extremely responsive and accommodating. A few years ago, I started a new job several weeks before the end of my CSA, and was having trouble making it to the pickup area before 7. I let them know, and not only would they leave my box for me, but the Dillner family waited in their truck so they could light my way and make sure I got what I needed!

My sister has tried three different CSAs in Chicago, and none of them were anywhere the quality and variety I enjoy. I feel so spoiled! The size and variety of just the small share is amazing. If you're interested in a CSA, consider this one. You will not regret it!
