The Fayetteville Farmers Market

My family and I recently moved back to Fort Bragg and I was very happy to see that the farmers market is not only still intact, but better than ever! Crafts, Plant, and Food Vendors everywhere. Everyone is so nice and willing to answer any questions you may have. The prices are comparable or less than you would pay at the grocery store. The quality is certainly better that's for sure! I would recommend going between 8 and 10am if you are going to have little ones with you. It gets very hot and humid after 10am in the summer and there aren't too many places to sit. I highly encourage going to the farmers market before the grocery store and cultivating relationships with these wonderful people. The country pork sausage and bacon are a must, from the sweetest old man you could know. You can't beat an Alder Wood Wine Bottle Holder for $8, and the jams and jelly's from the vendors are delicious. Happy shopping!!
