We met Mr. Jim today when we picked up our humanely raised hog. To see the hogs in a natural pasture took me back to our farm as a child in Ohio. Mr. Jim is a gentleman and answered any/all of our questions.

We raised them at our little home in Ohio as young parents, and this definitely was a gentle step back in time.
The meat is well cut, well packed, and simply delicious.
We will make this a staple in our cottage.
