From the time I ordered until I received the order, the communication from the farm was suburb-they informed me of the order status at every step! The bouquets arrived beautifully packaged with a little organza bag to collect the buds that have fallen. There was also a picture of them harvesting my order-how cool & personal is that?! The bouquets were very generous, fresh, fragrant, beautiful and packed with care. By far one of the best online ordering experiences I have ever had. Order from these folks & see what I mean!
