Quail Hollow Farm

I tried the feta cheese 2 week ago. It had a tangy taste that turned sweet, like cream. This is the first time I have eaten FRESH cheese. My mom loves their honey. I use it in my vinaigrettes, when Iâ??m making bread and a few drops in my yogurt.

Iâ??m sorry now that I did not get the young manâ??s name who helped me with my order. He answered all my questions, guided me through the ordering process so I could pick up my purchase locally. I will definitely order their cheeses again and of course the honey. I am waiting patiently for the burgundy okra. Should be harvesting by Octoberâ?¦.Please!
