Slow Grown in Virginia

We met Slow Grown in Va recently at our local Caroline County Fair, where they had a booth setup selling their delicious veggies, fresh herbs, aromatic soaps and more.

We picked up a handful of their products, and loved them. We especially enjoyed their handmade purple lavender soap, fresh picked hardneck garlic and purple green beans.

Their soaps lather really well and last longer than most homemade soaps we've tried. We used their garlic and freshly dried herbs to make a beef stew in our crock pot. We boiled the purple green beans and they magically turned green.

Overall we were very impressed with how friendly they were, and equally with the quality of their fresh veggies and handmade products.
