Three Spring Farms

I just bought some grass fed chicken and steak at the farmers market (Kirkwood) from Three spring farms. I was walking two miles so Bryan loaned me a cloth freezer bag to take home which I wll return. Prices were very good for high quality grass fed meats. I made their whole grass fed chicken and poured Organic butter olive oil all over and put on paprika and italian seasonings and cooked on 350 for one hour and another half hour with foil on top. This was delicious! I will be back to purchase more grass fed meat. Vicki (Kirkwood)
