I have bought beef from him twice and pork once. He was always right on time and very pleasant. Now to the meat. GREAT!! The beef we have received has been tasty and tender. Our beef from now on will come from Trinity Farms. The pork was good but it turned out I was the only one eating eat so it has lasted a lonnnnng time. The quality of both meats were far and above any you can buy at the store.
