Rocky Point Farm

Our pawpaws arrived here in Vancouver WA in good condition--after just 2 days transit across country from Rhode Island. They were packed carefully in green excelsior and biodegradable peanuts. We're inexperienced with this amazingly versatile fruit, so we were glad to see the inserts in the box--one with general info (they're at their best when they're black, squishy and ugly on the outside) and another with a few recipes. At first bite, we were pleasantly surprised by their smooth, pudding-like texture and sweet mellow flavor. Our only worry, now, is keeping enough of our order uneaten to try the smoothie or the cookie recipe. Thanks Rocky Point Farm!
