My favorite way to cook BPF chicken is to stuff the cavity and skin with onion, garlic, sliced citrus, fresh rosemary, salt and pepper and grill it over indirect heat. It is absolutely the most amazing chicken I have ever had, so much so that I just left this post to go pull one out of the freezer because I I can't stand it any longer. It is lip smacking, juice dripping, jaw dropping good. Thank you Shannon and Tyler!
