Undoubtedly the best ground beef I have had since childhood, when most meats were grass fed. 1 1lb chub yields 4 nice thick burgers, with no water residue. I like mine medium rare, it tastes better then the normal sirloin. Best ever. By the way, I have tried grass fed from several different stores in the area. Absolutely no comparison. KBARK is the best. Scott is a delight to deal with.
