Market on Main

I have been living in LaGrange for 4 years now and only first was able to find the Market on Main last year. It is hidden in a terrible location behind the movie theater. They have made an effort this year to make the Market more visible through a series of signs indicating "Market This Way". The beautiful chalk board style signs are rendered useless as the ones that are most prominent are on the square and don't tell you which way "this way" is. The ones that actually have arrows directing you to the location are on the back roads around the square that most people seldom use. In addition to lacking proper directions the signs are actually hard to read while driving so unless you are already aware that they are signs for the market, you will likely drive by without knowing their purpose.

I think whoever is running the Market on Main is doing a disservice to the vendors. The vendors who are there are friendly, informative and offer a wonderful variety of goods and produce.
