We buy virtually no vegetables at the store during our CSA period, the vegetables via the CSA are enough for our family (2 adults, two children under the age of 10). This year so far we have had spinach, kale, romaine and leaf lettuces, green onions, radishes, broccoli, basil, cilantro, celery, and a few tomatoes. This really is seasonal eating - while the tomatoes often beat the local tomatoes, it's not by much. So we eat what's at its peak.
