Yonder Way Farm

After reading about all of the natural farms in my area, I decided to try Yonder Way Farms. I met Jason and really liked him. My wife and I were really looking forward to a long relationship with Yonder Way and some REAL food. I had 2 purchases in total. The first purchase was mainly pork and a little beef, and some eggs. We enjoyed the food. Then we made a larger purchase of around $600. This time we included chicken, whole and quarters. Our pork and beef taste good, but I never saw so much fat on a brisket in my life. I paid a lot for fat. But our main complaint was the chicken. We had 3 meals and all of the chicken was extremely tough. My wife, knowing that the first 2 were tough, soaked the chicken in butter milk for hours. It was still tough. I decided to call Jason about these $25 tough chickens. I left a voice mail message but have never received a return call. I can accept a problem here or there but ignoring me says "We do not care."
