Stoffel Family Farm

We purchased a package of bacon at the Port Susan Farmers' Market. I was thrilled that the ingredients were so simple (from the label): "pork, water, sea salt, paprika, turbinado sugar, celery powder, spices, natural hickory smoke concentrate". They were very friendly and knowledgeable and were eager to share cooking ideas and recipes. We will definitely buy from them again and are seriously considering buying a weaner pig from them to raise for pork.
