C lazy C

My husband and I purchased a whole cow for our family of four. We are thrilled with our purchase and love all of the options available for cuts and packaging. Costin is fantastic to work with - very thorough in and throughout the entire transaction, receptive to our needs and patient in answering all of our questions. The best part (aside from the beef!) was the follow up. Clearly, he is passionate about what he does and is very concerned about customer satisfaction and building long term relationships, not just procuring a business transaction.
