Talltree Family Farm

I was asked at the last minute to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving. Carly had a few available turkeys one week before the big day. Payment was easy via PayPal. As you can imagine, she's very busy this time of year. She'll return your emails and phone calls when she can. If you're the least bit squeamish about seeing your "Farm-To-Table" food alive or its friends in the process of becoming dinner, ask her when a good time to pick up the bird will be (probably in the dark as the birds and other farm animals live a stress-free life grazing on an open field where the birds can eat grass and insects). I'll be supporting Talltree Family Farms when a turkey is needed. The flavor of a never-frozen bird that is not force fed commercial feed is an amazing experience.
