Hey they have a commercial kitchen on-site that they are willing to rent out to local producers, they make their own Lactic ferment Sauerkraut and Cauliflower pickle, tons of jams, jellies and syrups from the local berry crops, and run a really nice store facility with full freezer and refrigeration capacity year round (not to mention the Beef!), as well as the more traditional fresh vegetables in season stand. We really like going there, and so should you!
