Central Soy Foods

My family and I have been regularly using the Central Soy firm Nigari tofu for over a decade and continue to be amazed at the quality. We have experimented with other national brands, as Central Soy is not available in every Kansas City area grocery store. We will continue to seek out Central Soy wherever available!
