Mike & Clare's Farm

A few years ago I was a farm worker at Mike & Clare's Farm. Having worked on three different organic/sustainable farms, I've seen a variety of growing practices, field & land care, farm product and CSA shares. Not only does Clare care about the land and take great care of it by using organic growing practices and keeping up to date on the latest sustainable growing methods, but her product is beautiful. She holds her farm product at a very high standard and is very conscious about delivering CSA members and farmers market patrons the best vegetables. In fact, sometimes she worked with other local farmers and added their goodies to the CSA shares, like blueberries or corn (or at least she did when I worked there).Let me be clear, I'm not being paid to say these things, in fact I'm paying them for the spring and summer shares this year and I'm so gosh darn excited! I cannot wait for May to come around.
