i joined Grateful Plains last year during their inauguration co op. It was so much fun to have fresh healthy vegetables, herbs, fruits, etc. The freshness was beyond great. The spinach was so fresh that the water I cleaned it in turned green. There were sweet carrots and there was the ability to try some new vegetables I had never used before. I highly recommend starting with a CSA whether it is here or elsewhere. Give Holly at Grateful Plains a call to start your road to a healthier lifestyle.

Judy, it is people like you who make this gig so fulfilling! Your enthusiasm and commitment to fresh food, smoothies and discovering new foods is incredible. Wait til you see the neato stuff this year! Much more in the fields already like gold beets, romanesco, black tomatoes, fennel, with kohlrabi and daikon planned for the fall crop! YUM!!
