Kirkland Wednesday Market

I love the Wednesday Market. It is a great venue and lots of great veggies as well as some perks like jewelry! My concern is that it would be so much better with some fun live music. Other markets always have some kind of live music, and I find it very inviting. What can be done to encourage music at the market?
