Northstar Bison

My order arrived fully frozen with dry ice still in place. I ordered the ground patties which are individually vacuum packed quarter ounce patties, four to a bag. This is so convenient for small and single households. I'm looking forward to ordering some bison and pork roasts in the future. I am so glad I found a supplier that does not grain finish the animals and that has their own processing plant. My first goal in searching for a meat supplier has been humane care of the animals.
