I have been purchasing Turkey Red wheat from the Stephens family for several years now. They are some of the nicest people you would ever hope to meet, and their wheat has been very important in helping my bakery in Dallas grow. Their prices are very reasonable and they are organic farming certifiers, so they know what they are doing!
