The Farmer's Daughter

Just happened to buy the mozzarella today at the market in Goshen... wonderful woman helped us out and I just happened to buy the mozzarella which was freshly made that morning... it... is... spectacular! Big slices of sun dried tomatoes and laced with the right amount of garlic. .. absolutely the best I've had ever! If you beg to differ... you should go in and get one for yourself!
