We met Doug and MaryAnn at the Farmers Market in Sherwood where they were offering samples of amazingly delicious melons raised on their farm. From that chance meeting we became weekly patrons buying a wide variety of fruits and produce (love the Heirloom tomatoes!). Doug introduced us to the CSA program and we quickly joined. We have never been disappointed in our weekly box of produce. The variety was perfect, fresh and delightful. Doug is a fountain of knowledge about farming and we learned so much about 1.) how we were not eating properly and 2.) how TO eat properly providing us with methods of preparation, recipes, etc. I whole heartedly recommend Red Rooster Farm and their CSA program. They are dedicated and down to earth people.

I joined Red Rooster CSA for 2015. I am very much looking forward to the 2016 season. I really enjoyed visiting with Doug and Maryann once a week, they are very enthusiastic about their produce. I am very much into vegetables grown without the use of pesticides or GMO seeds. I only wish the vegetables could be grown during the winter months!
