Peters Pumpkin Patch

I bought Peters honey at a farmers' market several years ago. It was so delicious, I wanted to try bee keeping myself. The owner of Peters Pumpkin Patch helped me set up 2 hives and has taught me how to maintain the hives as well as extract and bottle the honey.

His process is very clean and meticulous. He is a bit persnickety on quality and quantity to the point of telling me I was a cheapskate once when I filled the bottle about an eighth inch lower than he does. lol I complied quickly.

My honey production last year was quite low because I had some bee problems. (I bought some equipment and queens from someone else.) Anyway, I ran out of honey and went to Peter's Pumpkin Patch to get a 2 lb jar and will buy honey from him if I ever need to in the future.
