I sent an email, telling them about the poor quality oranges I received. In the email, I asked that they do NOT ship a replacement. They responded, stating a replacement had been shipped. I sent numerous other emails, and called and left a message, asking that we discuss this issue, since they did exactly what I asked them not to do. I was a loyal customer for many years, and had also asked for credit on my next order instead. NEVER heard back. NEVER ordering from them again.

Quality of The Orange Shop grapefruit has declined sadly over the years. Not what it used to be just a few short years ago. Lackluster customer service. Had to dispute the charge with our credit card company since the customer service had no consistent follow-up. Ordering now from more reputable fruit companies & we can see the improved service/quality. We will gladly pay more for much better product.

Ann, we certainly apologize for your experience with The Orange Shop. I'm not sure at this point what went wrong, but we're definitely open to discussing ways to make this right for you.
