Hansings Happy Hens

While at the Farmer's Market I discovered these eggs. The lady that owns the business was fun to talk to. I never had duck eggs before so I thought I'd give it a try. They are delicious. Very big yolks and very tasty. I'm hooked on them now. The ducks are raised in a safe non threatening environment and healthy too. I try to eat as simply as possible. This was a wonderful find for me. Give them a try!
