Terrible experience! BEWARE. Purchased Chopped Red Korean Ginseng, they sent me some strange beige powder in an unmarked envelope. Nothing remotely similar to what was pictured. After sustained complaint, they sent me a return label that they make me pay the return postage for their error (perhaps intentional error). ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and highly questionable sales
