Beatrix Farm

I used to live in White Post, near where Dave and Regina did their chicken thing. I just sorta stumbled across them one Saturday afternoon and bought a couple of their freshly processed chickens. I am now a believer. The next time/season/year, I bought something like 12-15. I have since moved from WP due to economy, divorce, etc. and have only stayed in sporadic touch with the Farinholts. This year, however, I purchased a freezer for the _sole_ purpose of filling it with these incredibly plump and flavorful birds...and that I will do.
