I have known Lori and Ray for years and was sad to see them leave Western Illinois, but am SO happy they have branched out to turkeys.

These turkeys are no exception. The turkey arrived frozen packed with dry ice. It was HUGE. I wish I would have taken a picture. After resting in my refrigerator, I roasted this beautiful bird for our family feast. It was the juiciest turkey I have ever had. Its flavor was amazing. I haven't had such a flavorful bird in my whole life. I am used to the "Butter ball" type. Let me tell you I am NEVER going back.
If you are put off by the price, don't be. This is a special bird for a special day! AND I guarantee there will be LEFT OVERS.
