I'm no expert on honey, but I've been around the block , trying honey ( Raw ) all over! This is very good and was worth the trip ! I'm so glad that I bought 4-jars ! The taste was fantastic, color and texture very good! And I would recommend this product ! I do a lot of BBQ Smoking and I'm going to be useing this Honey for my next Cook! Wife said she wanted a jar, so now I got to hide the others! Thanks Thomas for a fantastic product see you this spring! Walter S.
