Texie's Cactus Ranch

I ordered thornless prickly pear through Texie's Cactus Ranch and received the best looking thorns I have seen on a cactus. Never got a response from them when I attempted contact through Amazon and on their website. I could have gotten thorny cactus free anywhere in my neighborhood. Not happy. I would like a refund but have not found a way to make contact with them. Have tried but no luck.
