Sinclair Farm

Sinclair Farm is the best CSA I've ever been a part of. WIDE variety each week of veggies AND fruits...I never ended up with loads of eggplants or kale or any overabundance of the same veggie week after week. Their produce is super fresh and all has great shelf life--you don't have to eat it all within just a few days of pick up, as I've experienced with other CSA's. (On occasion, one specialty item like fancy mushrooms or the last strawberry pick of the season will come in the bag with a special notice that it SHOULD be consumed in the next day or so, but these guys are GREAT with communication, so you always know in advance!) Debbie and Alan take such great care of their customers; they'll happily make any trades, and even offered to find my special requests (like garlic scapes, or putting together an all-chicken meat share special order). It's a pleasure seeing them each week as they really make their customers feel like part of their farm family.
