We bought these in November 2016 shortly after harvest. I highly recommend this farm since the quality is outstanding and fresh. You can really taste the difference. And I love supporting local farmers that openly disclose harvest dates, give consumers some options for weight and types of drying. I choose the open air dried ones. Shipping directly from farm was quick and easy. Thanks again to the Fillmore family for such care in your final product.
