We performed a seminar to compare Grass-fed and Conventional Beef at the American Culinary Federation Chef Connect in New York City this past February 27, 2017. We compared the Beef Tenderloin from Grass-fed and Conventional beef. Then we cooked and tasted them. The Grass-fed provided more juicyness and flavor. Both were seasoned with just salt and pepper. The Conventional dry out and was not as moist as the grass-fed. I believe all beef is good but Grass-fed from an Angus type of steer is excellent and better tasting. It was fun.
