Walker Farm at Whortleberry Hill

My first time purchasing my beef directly from the source. Oh my goodness. There is no comparison with other beef I have been eating. There is almost a buttery quality to the hamburger. It browned up nicely and broke apart like the days when I used to get it fresh ground from a corner butcher shop. And the taste is devine. I will be purchasing more for myself because I'm worth the best that my money can buy. And I'm sure a visit to the farm is in order this spring. Cows that taste this good deserve a pat on the head. And so don't the farmers who raise them with care love and good grass.
