I mainly buy sweet corn because it is usually so good. They usually have between 14 and 16 ears in a bag of 1 dozen. I usually get 1 underdeveloped or over ripe ear out of the 14 to 16 ears and the rest are sweet and tender. I grow green peppers in my garden at home and if I leave a pepper out overnight it will get soft. Just say'n.
