I have bought and eaten a few of the Turkeys from Anna's now. I will continue to do so as the birds she raises are vastly different from conventional birds. The meat is healthier and even has a different cooking standard of apx. 15 minutes a pound vs. the butterball 20 minutes a pound. This is because the meat is more evenly distributed than gmo birds.
I also enjoy knowing that my purchase supports a small farmer rather than an eco-disastrous holocaust-farm.
Lastly, the flavor of Anna's turkeys is so superior that every guest I've had for thanksgiving or xmas has noticed and it becomes a wonderful conversation piece.
