Having CSA on this farm for the last 5 years I can tell customer service is not their strongest point.And getting worse, not better. Is the chicken good? Yes, it' s good, not much more.Being it frozen, not fresh kills the deal for me. If before they would at least try to give me the not frozen ones, now it's like asking for a special favor.Considering I was willing to drive to the farm on the days they told me. Prices have gone up,not quality.
