Dierks Farms Grass-Fed Beef

I'm not able to review the meat just yet, haven't gotten it. My review is on the companies business practices. I stumbled across this place on Amazon, no reviews just yet but I thought I'd inquire and give dierks a shot. After getting the info from Pam on shipping and everything I went ahead and placed an order. I ordered on Friday, Pam told me my order would ship out Monday and I would have by Wednesday. That's standard from my experience. Pam said I would get a shipping notice and tracking number Monday. Well Monday came and went with no word about my shipment. I emailed Pam asking about my order on Tuesday. She informed me I wouldn't be getting my package til Thursday now. It's not that big a deal, the one day but when I questioned the delivery time, Pam decided to say maybe I should just tell her to lose my information, other loyal customers are satisfied. I found this baffling. My first order with them, I didn't receive my shipping information and the shipping time changed.
