Just want to echo the sentiments expressed in the previous reviews. These are the highest quality nuts I've ever had the pleasure of seeing/eating/cooking with. I will definitely be back! Thrilled with the amazing quality. Did not realize freezing not the best; read about refrigeration preferred in one of the reviews, after I'd already sent mine for freezer storage. :(
